The days, in order

1. 8 · Tarwiyah. Ihram for Hajj — intention and Talbiyah. To Mina. Pray each salah in its time, shortened. Rest.
2. 9 · Arafah. Confirm you are inside the boundary. Dhuhr and Asr per your group. Du’a until sunset — open your list. Do not leave before sunset.
3. Night of the 9th · Muzdalifah. Open sky, few facilities. Pray as you have learned. Collect small pebbles. Rest.
4. 10 · Yawm an-Nahr. Rami of Jamrat al-Aqabah, seven pebbles. The hady. Hair — cut or shave; sisters trim only. First release from Ihram. Tawaf al-Ifadah, with Sa’i where required.
5. 11–13 · Tashriq. All three Jamarat each day, in order, at your group’s time. These days are Hajj.
6. Leaving. Tawaf al-Wada’ for those required — the last thing before departure. Do not rush it.

If you are lost

1. Stay where you are if you separated moments ago — groups backtrack.
2. Your camp number is your address. Show it to any official or volunteer.
3. No phone? Go to the agreed meeting point. Borrow a phone — pilgrims lend them constantly.

Heat — act now if

Dizziness, nausea, cramps, unusual confusion → stop, shade, sip water, cool the skin, tell someone. Skin hot and dry, sweating stopped, confusion → this is heat stroke. Clinics are everywhere; asking early is the difference.

The Talbiyah

لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ

Labbayka Allahumma labbayk. Labbayka la sharika laka labbayk. Innal-hamda wan-ni’mata laka wal-mulk. La sharika lak.

Two to keep close

Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina ’adhaban-nar.

Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa illam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakunanna minal-khasireen.
