Worth asking while you have them
Where do you arrive — Jeddah or Madinah?It changes your Ihram plan, and Madinah-first is the gentler routing.
The walking route to the HaramThe real pedestrian route, judged in minutes rather than by the star count.
Lifts, and access for anyone with limited mobilityThis sounds trivial until several hundred pilgrims return from Salah at once.
Is the hady included?Often arranged through the package. The answer is not consistent, so confirm it.
Are flights included?Almost none include getting you to the departure gateway.
The biggest single variable is the camp zone and the walk to Jamarat, not the hotel. Everything else being equal, spend there.
