Nobody can get you into Hajj. Here is how to tell who is lying.
How the official route actually works, what an unauthorized agent sounds like, and the sentences that should end a conversation.
Every Hajj scam depends on one claim: that the person in front of you has access you cannot get yourself. A reserved allocation. A contact at the ministry. A way around the queue.
There is no such access. For pilgrims in Direct Hajj Program countries, the Nusuk Hajj portal is the only route, your own account is the only place payment happens, and no agent anywhere can apply on your behalf or issue you a visa.
Once you know that, most scams stop working.

The three sentences that should end a conversation
If someone says any of these, they are either misinformed or lying, and either way you should stop.
What the real route looks like
- You create an account on the Nusuk Hajj website — not the app.
- You complete your own profile and upload your own documents.
- You wait for verification, which nobody can accelerate.
- You fund your own eWallet.
- You buy the package, from your own account, when your phase opens.
An operator can help you do all of that correctly, work with authorized Saudi service providers, and serve your group on the ground with scholars and leadership. That is real, and it is worth having. What no operator can do is stand in your place at any of those five steps.
Warning signs worth knowing
- Urgency you did not create. “Only two places left, decide today.” Real Nusuk phases are announced publicly and are the same for everyone.
- A request for your Nusuk login. No legitimate operator needs your password. Ever.
- Payment by transfer, crypto, or to a personal account. Package payment is inside Nusuk. There is no exception to this.
- A price with no package attached. If they cannot tell you the camp, the hotel and the nights, there is nothing to price.
- Contact only through a messaging app, with no company, no address and no registration you can check.
- Pressure not to verify. Anyone discouraging you from checking with the portal or with other pilgrims is telling you something.
What to do if it has already happened
Why we can say all this plainly
Because we are not selling you anything. Hajj Collective does not sell packages and does not take payments — every booking happens inside your own Nusuk account.
That is a genuine limitation on us, and it is also why this page can be honest in a way an operator with a quota to fill cannot be.
