What we do, and what we cannot do for you.

Most Hajj organisations describe themselves by what they can get you. We are going to start with the opposite, because it is the more useful half.

What nobody can do — including us

Apply on your behalf. Registration happens in your own Nusuk account, with your own login and your own documents. There is no version of this where someone else does it for you.

Guarantee you a place. Applications outnumber the quota every year, and a place is allocated rather than sold. Anyone promising a guarantee is either misinformed or counting on you not to know.

Take your package payment. All payment happens inside your own Nusuk eWallet. We do not touch it, and neither should anyone else.

What we actually do

We work with authorized Saudi service providers. The portal is yours, so we are not a middleman. We are the operator responsible for what happens once you are on the ground. Knowing who is actually accountable for your services matters more than it sounds, and it is a question worth asking of anyone you travel with.

Our groups travel with scholars and experienced leadership. You will have fiqh questions during Hajj. Everyone does. The difference between a question that takes two minutes and one that becomes three days of quiet anxiety is whether there is someone qualified standing nearby. There is a reason this page keeps telling you to ask a scholar rather than the internet: we have watched what happens when people do the opposite.

We run pre-departure seminars. The rites are much easier to learn in a room, in advance, with other people going on the same journey, than from a screen at 2 a.m. three weeks before you fly.

We serve the group throughout the journey. From the departure airport to the Jamarat, and back. Buses, camps, timings, the thing that went wrong at 4 a.m. — the unglamorous operational layer that decides whether your Hajj is spent worshipping or troubleshooting.

Why this site exists

Because the gap between “I want to perform Hajj” and “I understand what happens next” is enormous, and almost nobody fills it honestly.

The information that exists is scattered across forum threads, outdated blog posts, WhatsApp forwards and operator marketing that is trying to sell you something at the same time as informing you. Meanwhile Nusuk changes its process between seasons, and last year’s advice quietly becomes this year’s mistake.

So: thirty-one pages, twelve tools, no account required, nothing to buy. Written for a first-time pilgrim who does not yet know the vocabulary, checked by people who do, and free because the alternative — people arriving at the biggest journey of their lives underinformed — is worse for everyone.

And the standing caveat

Hajj registration, health requirements and season dates are set by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and change from year to year. Always verify current requirements through the official Nusuk Hajj platform and the Saudi Ministry of Health.

Rulings on the rites of Hajj and Ihram should be learned from qualified scholars. This site is a practical companion, not a fatwa.
