We sell nothing and take no payment

Hajj Collective does not sell packages and does not take payments. Every booking happens inside your own Nusuk account. What we do is make sure you arrive at that account verified, funded, informed, and not alone.

That is not a disclaimer, it is the arrangement. No one here can register on your behalf, reserve you a place, guarantee you a place, or accept money for a package. Anyone who tells you otherwise — using this site’s name or any other — is not acting for us, andScams & Authorized Routes explains how to tell.

Nothing here is a religious ruling

This site explains the rites and the logistics in plain language. It does not issue fatwa and it does not decide questions of fiqh. Whether Hajj is obligatory upon you, what “able” means in your circumstances, what a particular situation requires of you — those are questions for a qualified scholar, and the site says so wherever they arise rather than answering them.

Nothing here is medical, financial or legal advice

The pages on health, heat, physical preparation and cost are general guidance written for a general reader. Your doctor knows your body and your accountant knows your circumstances; this site knows neither.

Accuracy, and what changes

Hajj changes every season. Registration windows move, package prices move, the list of countries served by the Direct Hajj Program is set by the Saudi Ministry and revised, and dates depend on the sighting of the moon. We date what we publish and name our sources, and the tools state the season they are speaking about.

Where this site and an official source disagree, the official source is right. Nusuk is the authority on registration and on which countries it serves; the Saudi Ministry of Health is the authority on entry requirements; your provider is the authority on what your package contains. Check before you act, and never rely on this site for a decision with a deadline attached.

The tools

Every tool on this site runs in your browser and is a calculator, a checklist or a lookup — not a service. They do arithmetic on figures you supply and organise information you enter. A number a calculator produces is an estimate built from your own inputs, not a quote, and the readiness check is a practical checklist rather than a finding about you.

Where we link to Nusuk, to a government source or to anywhere else, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Using the site

Read it, print it, share it, quote it to your group. What you may not do is scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, use it to impersonate this site or its operator, or use it to solicit money from pilgrims. The words and drawings on this site are ours; the photographs are licensed or in the public domain and are not yours to take from here.

Availability and liability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, and it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it — particularly where an official source said something different, or where a deadline was missed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
